Generation Z, or "Post Millennials," or "iGeneration," "Founders, " or "Homeland Generation, " depending on who you talk to. Many are just going with "iGen" for short.
This generation consists of those born in 1995 or later. Nowadays, they make up 25.9% of the United States population, the largest percentage. By 2020, they will account for one-third of the U.S. population, certainly worth paying attention to.
When we compare to Millennials (born between 1980-1999), they are:

2. Better Multi-Taskers
3. Gen Z Is More Entrepreneurial
4. Gen Z Has Higher Expectations Than Millennials
5. Gen Z Is Big On Individuality
6. Gen Z Is More Global

According to the study made by Northeastern University (2014), Generation Z has the following portrait:
Everyone should have the right to marry, regardless of sexual orientation (73%) Transgender people should have equal rights (74%)
Healthcare should be free for everyone (83%)
